Today we have brought for you a lot of mutton and a very rich flavor of mutton korma that you can make on any occasion. Mutton korma is very tasty and is made from home spices so you get the taste of the hotel in the house itself. This is a very special choice of mutton recipes that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients for Mutton Korma

Mutton Korma

  • Fresh meat or mutton – 1/2 kg
  • Thick cut onion – 1 pounder
  • Oil – 100 ml
  • Cardamom – 15
  • Cloves – 15
  • Pure Ghee – 100 gm
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mutton masala – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic and Ginger paste – 2 teaspoons
  • Curd – 75 gms
  • Salt – according to taste

How to Make Mutton Korma ?

  1. First of all, wash the mutton well in the karni or some shallow dishes and wash well.
  2. Then cut the mutton into small pieces according to your test and put them apart in a plate.
  3. Now put the cooker on the flame and heat it by adding oil to it as well as adding ghee to it.
  4. Now put the onion pieces, cloves and cardamom together and fry them to roast.
  5. Roast it until golden onions become golden brown color.
  6. It will not take more than 5 minutes to roast it.
  7. Now put the mutton in it and leave the mixer on a low flame for 10 minutes with mutton, so that the gram flour is cooked.
  8. On the other hand, make a paste of garlic and ginger and put yogurt in it and put it in the cooker.
  9. Leave it for 2 to 4 minutes and then add all spices to the cooker one by one.
  10. First put turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mutton masala, coriander powder and salt according to your taste.
  11. Mix all mixes with good running, so that the flavor of the spices moves inside the mutton.
  12. Put half a bowl of water in it and leave it for 10 minutes to cook.
  13. After 10 minutes, turn off the cooker and leave it for 5 minutes or 3 whistle.
  14. Leave it to itself until the self stop itself.
  15. Take your favorite Mutton Korma ready! If you like it, then decorate it with mint leaves or coriander leaves and butter, you can serve hot with roti, naan or plain rice.
